Responsibilities:

1. Finishing Expertise: Utilize advanced techniques to apply stains, varnishes, lacquers, and other finishes to wood products, ensuring a flawless and durable finish.

2. Surface Preparation: Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and repairing imperfections to achieve a smooth and uniform appearance.

3. Color Matching: Skillfully match stains and finishes to existing wood tones or specified color samples, maintaining consistency and quality across projects.

4. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to detect and correct any flaws, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate finishing equipment such as spray guns, brushes, and sanding tools, ensuring proper functioning and safety.

6. Material Selection: Advise on the selection of appropriate finishing materials based on project requirements, wood species, and desired aesthetic outcomes.

Requirements:
